Each 60minute session includes gentle Hatha yoga, focused on building awareness, releasing tension, and cultivating steadiness in both body and mind. We begin with pranayama - intentional, conscious breath - simple techniques to calm the nervous system and ground your energy, before moving through accessible postures and ending in deep rest. This class is ideal for complete beginners, those returning to practice, or anyone seeking a soothing, steady approach to yoga. You’ll be guided with care, no experience or flexibility required.
